摘要
机械采油生产是油田的主要生产过程。"单变单井异步电动机"供电模式下变压器和线路产生的大量电能损耗占机采用电量的比例很大。在分析计算的基础上,介绍了"单变多井永磁电动机"集中控制供电技术,相对于"单变单井异步电动机"的常规供电模式,具有电能损耗低、电能利用率高、供电可靠性高等优点,是需求侧管理工作中节电降耗的有效措施。
Abstract: Oil field machinery is the main oilfield production process. Under the power supply mode "Single-transformer and single-well induction motor", transformer and line power loss accounted for a large proportion of the electricity use of production machines. The paper introduced the centralized control technology of power supply "single-transformer and multi-wells permanent magnet motor, " based on the analysis and calculation. Compared to the former conventional-powered model, the new mode has low power loss, high power utilization, high reliability and is the effective DSM energy saving measures.
