摘要
针对我国限速不合理的现象,提出了基于安全度对车辆行驶速度的评价方法。首先介绍了评价步骤及其理论,然后将测度理论与事故"U"型曲线模型相结合得出了车速与安全度曲线模型,通过对人、车、路与环境的详细分析,建立了较为全面的评价指标体系,最后应用综合评价算法对目标车辆当前运行速度的安全度进行评价求解,并得出了一个基于路段划分的安全行驶车速范围。
Traffic safety is one of the main factors which affects the sustainable development of our traffic transport industry. The vehicle operating speed and the traffic accidents in freeway are closely connected. In view of the unreasonable phenomenon of speed limitation in a city, the paper proposes an approach to evaluate the operating speed of a vehicle based on safety degree and introduces evaluation steps. The study offers more reasonable limitation measures through the analysis of the evaluation results.
