摘要
建立了预测三维网络、颗粒增强复合材料的弹性模量的有限元模型,分析了SiC三维网络、颗粒增强金属基复合材料的弹性模量与增强体含量的关系.结果表明,复合材料的弹性模量与增强体的体积分数成非线性关系.在增强体体积分数相同的情况下,三维网络增强复合材料具有更大的杨氏模量、体积模量和剪切模量,在大体积分数条件下,2种复合材料的弹性模量的差别更为明显.
A finite element analysis of the effective elastic modulus of SiC three-dimensional (3-D) networks and particle reinforced metal matrix composites is presented. The calculated results show that the relationship between volume fraction of reinforcement and elastic modulus of composites is nonlinear. The Young's modulus, bulk modulus and shear modulus of 3-D network-reinforced composite are more than those of particle-reinforced composite when they have the equivalent amount of volume fractions of reinforcement.
