皮内注射不同进针方式对DC疫苗诱导乳腺癌患者免疫应答的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Different Intradermal Puncture on Dendritic Cell Vaccine Induced Immune Reaction in Breast Cancer Patients

摘要 目的比较平行淋巴管与垂直淋巴管两种进针方式对皮内注射树突状细胞(DC)疫苗诱导乳腺癌患者免疫应答的影响。方法将20例接受DC疫苗治疗的乳腺癌患者随机均分为平行组(平行淋巴管进针)与垂直组(垂直淋巴管进针)。于治疗前、治疗中(第2次回输后1周)、治疗后(第4次回输后1周)检测患者血清IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α,比较两组免疫功能;并比较两组注射时疼痛程度。结果两组IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α时间主效应比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组干预主效应比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);平行组疼痛程度显著轻于垂直组(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌DC疫苗治疗临床回输采用平行淋巴管进针和垂直淋巴管进针都能有效激发肿瘤患者Th1型免疫应答,平行淋巴管进针可减轻患者疼痛。 Objective To explore the effect of dendritic cells (DC) vaccine induced immune reaction by puncturing parallel or vertically to lymphatic duct for intradermal injection. Methods Totally, 20 patients with breast cancer were enrolled and randomly divided into a parallel group(puncturing parallel to lymphatic duct for DC vaccine intradermal injection) and a vertical group(puncturing vertically to lymphatic duet for DC vaccine intradermal injection). The values of immune indexes, such as IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ and TNF-α were tested before the treatment, during the treatment(1 week after the 2nd injection) and after the treatment(1 week after the 4th injection), and the degree of pain was compared. Results The values of immune indexes showed significant differences at different time in both groups(P〈0.05 for all), there were no significant differences between the two groups (P〉0.05 for all). The degree of pain in the parallel group was significantly lower than that of the vertical group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Both puncturing parallel and vertically for intradermal injection of DC vaccine can effectively induce Thl-type immune reaction in cancer patients, and puncturing parallel can alleviate patients' pain.
