摘要
通过对相关理论及研究背景的阐述,对我国目前在旧城区更新中对文化保护与传承不够的问题进行了分析,进而对如何实现文化优先的更新途径进行了研究,以提高城市品质。
Passing to the related theories and study the background expatiate, it analysis protecting to the culture and our country the not enough problem of old city area renew, then to research how to realize the renewal path of culture initiative, to increase the city quality.
