摘要
毛竹健株和病株技和叶与抗枯梢病有关的生理生化动态反应指标测定结果表明:与健株相比,病株在被侵染过程中蒸腾强度,呼吸强度,细胞质膜透性及各种氧化还原酶系统的活性明显增高,含水量和光合作用强度显著降低,这些抗病的生理生化反应与株间毛竹枯梢病的病状表现趋势是一致的,可以作为毛竹抗枯梢病的生理生化指标.
Inorder to reveal the resisting mechanisms of phyllostachys heterocycla to top blight,this paper analysed some physilolgical and biochemical changes of dtems and leaves of siseased and healthy host.The results showed that during the infection time,the evaporability,respiration,membranal permeablity and oxidation reduction enzyme system activities of the diseased host were obviously higher than those of the healthy the water content and photosynchetic ability of the diseased host were obviously lower than those of the healthy There all physiological biochemical changes were similar to the symptomatic development of the host in stands,and can be used as the index of resistance to the top blight of phyllostachys hetreocycla.
