结肠气囊肿症并绒毛状管状腺瘤癌变一例及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 肠气囊肿症（pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis，PCI）又称为肠壁囊样积气症，以胃肠道壁内多发积气囊肿为特征，是一种少见病症，1783年由Du Vernoi于尸体解剖中发现，上世纪50年代开始有病例报道，但迄今对该病的认识尚不够深入。我院于2008年7月收治了1例结肠气囊肿症并结肠绒毛状管状腺瘤伴癌变患者，经肠镜、CT及手术、化疗等诊治后恢复出院。
