摘要
合金元素Mo能明显影响新型精铸热锻模具钢高温磨损性能,分析了铸钢硬度及高温磨损后表面形貌。结果表明:Mo含量适中时,铸钢硬度略低,组织中的碳化物Mo2C降低了铸钢的比磨损率,故耐磨性能最好。
The high-temperature wear property of a new type precision cast hot-forging die steel was apparently affected by the alloy elements Mo. The hardness of the steel and surface morphology after wearing at high temperature were analyzed. The results show that, when Mo content is moderate, the hardness of the steel is low slightly, the carbides (Mo2C) in microstructure reduce the wear rate of the die steel, so wear resistance of the die steel is best.
