摘要
摩擦型高强螺栓在摩擦力被克服后的剩余承载能力在钢结构设计规范中未进行说明。基于工程实际,对高强螺栓群偏心受剪全过程反应运用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了数值模拟,研究高强螺栓连接构件的承载能力、变形性能及应力分布规律,并与规范方法进行了比较。
In the code (GB50017-2003) for design of steel structures, ultimate limit state design method has been used to design the high-strength bolted friction type joint. The design method assumes the high-strength bolted friction type joint reach limit states once the friction is overcome. The high-strength bolted connection's residual bearing capacity was not illustrated in the code above. Based on the actual project, the high strength bolted connections under eccentric shear force were simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The performance of connections' limit bearing capacity, deformation performance and the stress distribution were investigated. Comparisons with the method of design specification of the code above demonstrate that simulation is rational and the residual capacity of high-strength bolt cannot be utilized.
