摘要
基于MSC.Marc通用有限元软件,应用三维刚塑性有限元显式算法对外电极冷挤压成形过程进行了模拟分析,得出了变形材料的流动状态和等效塑性应变分布规律。根据有限元模拟分析结果对外电极冷挤压成形工艺参数、模具结构进行了优化设计,并进行了外电极冷挤压成形工艺试验。试验验证了有限元模拟分析结果,并冷挤压成形出了合格的蓄电池外电极产品。
Based on the MSC. Marc-the software of finite element, the numerical analysis was carried out using 3-D rigidplastic finite element explicit arithmetic, to simulate the process of cold extrusion of the accumulator electrode, and the flow state of deformation materials and the equivalent plasticity strain distribution law were obtained. According to the result of the simulation analysis, the technics parameter of the accumulator electrode and mould structure were optimized, and the experiment of cold extrusion was progressed. The experiment verified the result of finite element simulation analysis, and precisely forged an eligible accumulator electrode.
