油剂混合状态对焦化蜡油催化裂化反应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以大港焦化蜡油为原料,利用催化裂化工业平衡催化剂LBO-16在提升管催化裂化中试装置和小型固定流化床实验装置上考察了油剂混合状态(混合温度、混合强度)对催化裂化反应的影响,并对不同油剂混合温度及不同湍动混合强度(通过改变水蒸气注入量的方法进行调节)下的生焦行为进行了分析。结果表明,油剂混合状态对焦化蜡油催化裂化反应影响很大,提高油剂混合温度可以减弱碱性氮化物和稠环芳烃竞争吸附对反应过程的影响,在原料转化率提高的同时焦炭选择性降低;提高油剂混合区湍动强度有利于单分子裂化反应的进行,抑制双分子氢转移生焦反应,降低焦炭产率。 The impact of catalyst-oil mixing conditions ( mixing temperature and mixing intensity) on catalytic cracking reaction of Dagang eoker gas oil over commercial equilibrium catalyst LBO-16 were investigated in a confined fluidized bed reactor and a riser FCC pilot plant, and the coke formation of CGO in catalytic cracking at different catalyst-oil mixing temperatures and turbulence mixing intensities (by control of injected steam flowrate) was also analyzed. The experimental results show that the catalyst-oil mixing conditions obviously influence the feed conversion in CGO catalytic cracking. The higher catalyst-oil mixing temperature will result in a higher feed conversion and a lower coke selectivity in CGO catalytic cracking due to the reduced effect of the competitive chemisorption of the polycyclic aromatics molecules and basic nitrogen compounds in CGO on the reaction. The higher catalyst-oil turbulence mixing intensity also favors single molecule cracking reactions and constrains double-molecules hydrogen-transfer reactions which lead to more coke formation.
