心室颤动的发生机制和射频消融治疗 被引量:6

Mechanisms and radiofrequency catheter ablation of ventricular fibrillation

摘要 心室颤动(室颤)是心脏性猝死的主要原因,也是冠心病、遗传性离子通道疾病、不明原因的特发性室颤等各种心脏疾病导致死亡的最后共同通路。尽管医学界对室颤的触发和维持机制进行了长达一个世纪的不懈研究,但是由于这种心律失常的复杂性以及研究手段的局限性,尚未出现根本性的突破。正因为如此,目前临床对于室颤的治疗,除了被动除颤外,尚缺乏十分有效的治疗手段。近十年来,随着电生理标测技术的进步和室颤激动特点研究的深入,对室颤机制的认识有了很大进展,针对室颤触发因素的射频消融治疗也初步应用于临床。
