摘要
以整体套管柱为研究对象,设计了特殊的有限元模型来描述套管与井壁的接触状态和套管的受力。此模型综合考虑了井壁的间隙、井眼的曲率、摩擦力等因素的影响,能较为准确地反映套管的受力变形。据此编制了相应的计算程序,能计算出套管的变形及受力大小,为模拟套管整个下入过程的受力变形提供了一套有效的方法。
Aiming at full piece casing for study, a specific description of contacting status between casing and well wall, using finite element model, was made to illustrate the force applied on casing. The consideration was made to the annular clearance, borehole curvature, and friction factor to accurately reflect the casing deformation. Based on the study, a calculation program was established that could calculate the force on the casing and casing string deformation and simulate the process of running casing. This model had an effective way to predict the force on the casing and casing string deformation.
