摘要
为获得HJJ450/45-T型海洋井架的自振特性(固有频率和振型)和井架结构在地震激励作用下的随机振动响应,应用有限元软件ANSYS对HJJ450/45-T型海洋井架进行模态分析和随机振动分析。确定了井架结构的固有振动特性,分析了井架顶点在地震激励作用下的位移、加速度响应。结果表明,HJJ450/45-T型海洋井架刚度富余,地震激励作用下,井架在激励方向上的随机振动响应最为明显,而且在转盘最高转速下有发生共振的危险。
In order to obtain the vibration characteristics (natural frequencies and vibration patterns) of HJJ450/45-T type of ocean derrick and the random vibration response of derrick structure by earthquake, model analysis and random vibration analysis have been made, using ANSYS, a finite element software. The natural vibration characteristics of the derrick structure were confirmed, besides, the displacement and acceleration responses of the vertexs of derrick to the earthquake were analyzed. Conclusion was that the stiffness of HJJ450/45-T type of ocean derrick was surplus, the most obvious random vibration response was in the direction of seismic excitation, and moreover, the swivel was under the risk of resonance at the highest speed.
