厚煤层防灭火技术在荆各庄矿的应用

摘要 为了有效防治厚煤层的自然发火,开滦荆各庄矿3096综采放顶煤工作面采取梁前打钻注水技术,解决综采工作面切眼上顶煤体自然发火隐患;并采用了三相泡沫灌浆技术,利用其向上堆高的特点降低采空区煤炭自燃的发生概率,起到了较好的防灭火效果。 In order to effective prevent the spontaneous combustion in thick seam, a borehole drilling and water injection technology at the front beam of 3096 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Jinggezhuang Mine was conducted to solve the spontaneous combustion in potential at the top coal of the open-off cut of the fully mechanized coal mining face. And the three phase foam grouting technology was applied. The upward piling features were applied to reduce the protability of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf with good spontaneous combustion prevention results.
