Analysis on Reliability of Domestic Made High Mining Height Equipment for Fully Mechanized Longwall Coal Mining Face in Sihe Mine

摘要 为了实现大采高综采面国产装备安全高效性,基于寺河矿综采面第一套国产5.5 m大采高装备的回采实践,对其开采过程中出现的问题进行了详细的统计和分析,分析研究了该大采高工作面国产设备使用可靠性的影响因素,结果表明:设备可靠性主要受制于采煤机,其开机率主要受电缆机械故障影响,进口采煤机这方面优于国产采煤机,所以提高国产采煤机可靠性是关键。 In order to have the safety and high efficiency of the domestic made high cutting height equipment, based onthe mining pracrices on the first set domestic made 5.5 m mining height equipment in Sihe Mine, the paper had a detail statistics and analysis on the problems from the mining procedure. The paper analyzed the influence factors to the reliability of the domestic made equipment for the high mining height coal mining face. The results showed that the reliability of the equipment was mainly depended on the coal shearer. The operation rate of the equipment was mainly affected by the electric cables and mechanical faults. The reliability of the imported coal shearers could be better than the domestic made coal shearer. Therefore, improving the reliability of the domestic made coal shearer would be the key.
