摘要
基于额定电压1140 V、额定功率80 kW的矿用变频器的开发与研究项目,着重介绍了该变频器的闭环矢量控制系统、基于电流模型的闭环转子磁链观测器。同时,结合井下带式输送机的负载特性,在Simulink中构建了整个控制系统的数学模型,并模仿了不同的启动特性,并分析了仿真结果,以此证明了该控制系统的可行性。
According to the features of the mine frequency convertor with a rated voltage of 1 140 V and a rated power of 80 kW, the paper emphasized the research on the closed vector control system of the frequency convertor and the closed rotary magnetic chain observer base on the current model. In combined with the loading features of the belt conveyor in underground mine, a mathematic model of the control system was established in the Simulink. The different starting features were simulated and the simulation results were discussed and analyzed. The feasibility of the control system was approved.
