摘要 牙周组织再生的基础是牙周膜细胞,牙周膜细胞的来源非常有限,以致牙周组织很难有效再生和重建,而组织工程技术有望解决这一难题。文章分别介绍了几种常见的生物材料和细胞因子对牙周膜细胞的影响,以探讨组织工程技术对牙周组织再生、修复的影响和意义,为组织工程在牙周领域的应用奠定实验基础。 The limited periodontal ligament cells are the basis of periodontal regeneration, which result in poor regeneration and construction of periodontiurn. However, this problem can be solved as the emerging of tissue engineering technology. This paper introduced effects of several common biomaterials and cytokine on human periodontal ligament cells, explored the effect of tissue engineering technology on the regeneration and reparation of periodontium, and provided an experimental basis for application of tissue engineering in dental research field.
