摘要
目的比较并确定一种苦杏仁苷溶度参数的科学测定方法。方法以苦杏仁苷为研究成分,用基团贡献计算法、薄层色谱法、反相气相色谱法进行测定。结果用以上3种方法测得的苦杏仁苷的溶度参数分别为29.20(J/mL)1/2、26.34(J/mL)1/2、24.35(J/mL)1/2。结论用反相气相色谱法(IGC)测定中药成分溶度参数的方法最准确、可靠。
Objective To compare the three methods of determining solubility parameter for the best one. Methods Amygdalin solubility parameter was determined with calculation, thin-layer chromatography and inverse gas chromatography （IGC）. Results The parameter deter- mined with three methods was 29.20（J/mL）1/2, 26.34（J/mL）1/2 and 24.35（J/mL）1/2. Conclusion The IGC is the best way to determine the solubility parameterof Chinese drugs.
