摘要
随着社会和经济的发展,城镇职工基本医疗保险制度得到了不断完善和发展。但是,医疗费用也呈现出了快速增长的局面。文章首先描述城镇职工基本医疗保险制度下医院引起费用增长的现象,其次分析了引起费用增长的原因,最后提出供方、患方、保方以及政府在费用控制方面所应该采取的策略。
With the development of society and economy, the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban Workers has been continuously improved and developed. But medical expense also showed a rapid growth. The phenomenon of the increase of medical expense under the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban Workers was described firstly. Then its reasons were analyzed. Finally, strategies of controlling medical expense for hospitals, patients, insurance agencies and the government were put forward.
