摘要
对我国目前在建的某特大跨度悬索桥在桥面钢箱梁吊装过程中索鞍附近主缆的弯曲应力进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在每块标准梁段吊装过程中,主缆根部钢丝的最大应变值在60×10-6~80×10-6,对应的弯曲应力为11.7~15.6MPa。但这部分弯曲应变包含了主缆的非几何变形,要得到真实的弯曲应力,需扣除主缆非几何变形带来的应变值。
The bending stress of main cable near saddles in the super long-span suspension was tested by means of the strain gages and the vibrating wires sensors. Testing results show that the max bending strain of main cable near saddles was 60× 10^-6-80×10^-6 and corresponding bending stress was 11.7-15.6 MPa when a piece of steel box girder was craned. This bending strain included the geometry non-linear distortion of main cable .
