摘要
目的：为研究视觉功能与交通事故的关系，我们对机动车驾驶员的视觉功能和交通事故进行了调查。方法：采用１∶１配对比较的方法检查了８６对驾驶员的视力、色觉、立体视觉及视野。结果：事故组驾驶员右眼裸眼弱视率、色盲百分率、立体视觉异常率、视功能异常率高于非事故组，白视标４５度与１３５度视野均值小于非事故组，经检验差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），蓝视标水平视野均值明显小于非事故组（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：蓝视标水平视野与交通事故有一定关系，我区驾驶员就业体检中存在严重把关不严问题。
Objective:To study the relatoionship between visual function of motorcar driver and traffic accidents.Methods:Vision,sense of colour,steroscopic visual sense and visual field were investigated in 86 couples of motorcar drivers by 1∶1(case/control) matching comparison.Result:Compared with control group,the rate of amblyopia of right naked eye,the percent rate of colourblind,the abnormal rate of stereoscopic visual sense and visual function were high,while the average value of white visual target 45° and 135° field of vision were low in accident group,however,the differences were totolly not significant (P>0.05).the average of blue visual target and horizontal field of vision values were significantly decreased (P<001).Conclusion:Blue visual target and horizontal field of vision are related to traffic accidents.Problems of unreliable physical examination for driver employment are seriously existed in our Ningxia region.
