摘要
目的了解护士对职业审美修养应具备条件的认知,为实施临床护士审美素质教育提供参考。方法采用自制问卷对194名护士就职业审美修养应具备的条件进行调查。结果护士对职业价值、职业思想和职业意志方面的认同度不足40%。45.4%护士不认同妆容是体现自身修养的基本条件,57.7%认同护士应衣着整洁。93.8%赞同工作严谨是自身修养的体现,19.6%赞同身体状态是职业审美修养的必要条件。64.9%护士认为拥有美学理论基础可以提高自身修养,56.7%愿意接受美学培训。结论为适应现代医学模式的发展,培养高素质的护理人员,加强护士职业审美修养教育至关重要。
Objective To explore how much nurses identify with the qualities required for professional aesthetic cultivation and to provide reference for aesthetic education targeted to clinical nurses. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 194 nurses in terms of their identification with qualities required for professional aesthetic cultivation. Results Less than 40 % nurses identified with such domain as career value, career thoughts and career will; up to 45.4% nurses didn＇t agree that make-up would reflect personal refinement; only 57.7%nurses identified with nice clothing; 93.8% were in favor of cautious working attitude; 19.6% believed good physical condition embodied good personal refinement; 64.9 % believed possession of fundamental aesthetic knowledge would add refinement to them; 56.7% would like to have a training on aesthetic knowledge. Conclusion It is essential to strengthen the education of aesthetic in an attempt to meet the development of modern medical pattern and to train high-quality nurses.
