摘要
目的：探讨针药并用治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的机理和方法。方法：共治疗观察48例股骨头缺血性坏死患者。所有患者均同时运用针灸及中药,并配合功能锻炼,疗程1年,门诊随访2年。结果：总有效率91.6%。结论：针药并用治疗股骨头缺血性坏死,能明显改善症状,抑制病情发展,值得进一步探讨和研究。
Objective： To discuss the mechanism and method of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Method： 48 cases with femoral head necrosis were treated by acupuncture and Chinese herbs in the same time, accompanied with functional exercise for a year and followed up for 2 years. Result： The total effective rate was 91.6%. Conclusion： The combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine in femoral head necrosis can obviously improve symptoms and inhibit the development of illness, which is worth further studying.
