摘要
本文简要介绍了CAN总线的特点、不足及以太网的优势。基于32位微处理器MCF52231,通过硬件及软件开发,制定了用于嵌入式工业现场设备的精简TCP/IP协议簇,阐述了协议的实现过程,实现了以太网和CAN总线的数据通信传输。该协议网关已应用在工业网络群控点焊机生产线。测试结果表明,该网关设备运行可靠,解决了网络系统的高效通信及实时控制问题。
The characteristics and demerits of the CAN bus and the Ethernet advantages are introduced briefly in this paper. Based on the 32-bit MCF52231 and the hardware and software development, the simple TCP/IP protocol cluster for embedded industrial filed devices is made, the realization process of the protocol is expounded, and the data transmission between the Ethernet and the CAN bus is realized. The gateway is applied in industrial welding network group control systems. The test shows that the gateway runs reliably, which resolves the problem of efficient communication and real time control.
