摘要 多组分纺织品由于纤维组分多、结构复杂,染整加工难度大,特别是很难染得坚牢的颜色。多组分纺织品的组成主要决定于纤维的类别,但在纺织加工中施加的各种助剂,都会改变产品的组成,进而改变其染色性能,增加了染整加工的难度。常见的多组分纺织品有纤维素纤维、纤维素/蛋白质和纤维素/聚酰胺等,通常采用活性染料染色工艺,以及活性/分散染料、活性/酸性染料和活性/分散、活性/阳离子染料一浴法染色工艺,应着重从生态的角度去解决这类纺织品的开发问题。 There are many difficulties in wet processing of multi-component textiles due to their different chemical structures and complicate physical properties. The properties of multi-component textiles mainly depend on the categories of fibers, but various auxiliaries added in spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing procedures will also alter the properties of textiles, there-fore, difficulties in wet processing are increasing. Normally multi-component textiles are consisted of cellulose fibers, cellulose fiber/protein fiber, cellulose fiber/polyamide fiber and so on. Reactive dyeing is the popular process for multi-component textiles. One bath process with reactive/acid dyes, reactive/disperse dyes and reactive/cationic dyes are also launched. Future developments will focus on biological processing.
