概述了等离子体种类、特征参数、发生方法及诊断方法等,介绍了等离子体技术在废水处理中的应用,包括液相高压脉冲技术、接触辉光放电等离子体技术和微波等离子体技术,指出等离子技术处理废水尚处于探索阶段,还存在物化参数在线检测困难,成本高,降解机理尚不清楚等诸多问题,以及今后的发展方向。
The paper reviews the basic concepts of plasma types, characteristic parameters, the occurrence and diagnostic methods. Application of plasma technology to wastewater treatment was introduced, including liquid-phase high-voltage pulse technology, contact glow discharge plasma technology and microwave plasma technology, The existing problems in plasma technology for wastewater treatment were analyzed, such as difficulties in online detecting physical-chemical properties, high production cost and unclear degradation principle, future development was pointed out.
