尼尔雌醇对产后雌性黄鳝性腺转化及发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在饵料中分别添加0、4、8、12、16μg/g尼尔雌醇,对产后雌鳝(Monopterus albus)进行为期8周的饲养试验,以观察黄鳝性腺转化及发育状况。结果表明:随着尼尔雌醇投喂浓度的增加,黄鳝卵巢成熟系数逐步增大;对照组黄鳝的性腺表现为乳白色细索状的精巢样组织,而其他4个试验组黄鳝均保持为卵巢外观。其中,剂量为4μg/g和8μg/g时的试验组黄鳝卵母细胞以Ⅲ~Ⅳ时相为主,剂量为12μg/g和16μg/g的则以Ⅴ时相为主,对照组性腺组织中以开始发育的精原细胞为主,及少量败育的Ⅴ~Ⅳ时相卵母细胞,说明尼尔雌醇对黄鳝的产后卵巢存在不同程度的维持效应,从而延缓性转变时间。 The post-spawning ricefield eels (Monopterus albus Zuiew) were fed with different levels of nilestriol respectively by the following doses of 0,4,8,12 μg/g and 16 μg/g, and the duration of feeding was 8 weeks. The results indicated that the GSI of ricefield eels had an increasing tendency with the enhancement of the nilestriol addition;the ricefield eels’ gonads in the control group of 0 μg/g presented an outer appearance of small and ivory-white funiculus of spermary-like tissues, but the coordinates of the four control groups kept the outer appearance of ovary and the spawns of them could be seen by naked eyes. Thereinto, the oocytes in the control groups of 4 μg/g and 8 μg/g took on the apperance during Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage of development mainly, and these of 12 μg/g and 16 μg/g,Ⅴ stage of development mainly. Gonadal tissue in the control group contains growing spermatogonia, with a small amount of the abortion Ⅴ~Ⅳ phase oocytes.These histological results showed that nilestriol could be used to retain the characteristics of ricefield eel’s ovary so that the sex change could be postponed.
