听觉材料诱发恐惧情绪下皮肤电阻、呼吸频率及心率变异性的变化 被引量:2

Study of some physiological indexes and cardiac autonomic outflow patterns of fear emotion elicited by audio material

摘要 目的探讨在较长时间的恐惧情绪中,一些生理指标的改变以及心脏的植物神经传出模式。方法对自愿参加实验的56名大学生,采用寓言故事和恐怖故事来诱导中性状态和恐惧情绪状态,用”情绪报告表”采集被试产生的情绪变化及其等级,并且记录生理指标。结果(1)由听觉材料诱导的恐怖情绪,多项生理指标发生变化,皮肤电阻,呼吸频率,心电图R—R间期,平均正常心电图R—R间期标准差(SDNN)4个生理指标[分别为(3.75±3.28)豪西门子,(19.52±3.25)次/分,(831.65±99.12)ms,(101.74±24.81)]与中性情绪[分别为(2.66±2.29)豪西门子,(20.84±4.08)次/分,(787.88±95.91)ms],(111.75±23.46)]比较,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01),(2)对中性和恐惧情绪低频功率(LF)和高频功率(HF)做相关分析,结果呈明显的正相关(r值分别为0.792和0.787),对两种情绪状态下的频域分析结果进行对比,发现恐怖情绪时的低频成分和高频成分均下降,其中高频成分下降达到了显著性水平(P〈0.05)。结论恐惧情绪中,多项生理指标发生改变,不同的恐惧情绪诱导方法产生的生理指标发生不同的变化;心脏植物神经传出模式存在明显的个体差异,不同的恐怖情绪诱导方法得出的心脏植物神经传出模式比例不同,共同抑制模式是恐怖情绪的主要模式。 Objective To explore changes of some physiological indexes and cardiac autonomic outflow pattern of comparatively long time fear. Methods 56 healthy subjects, including 47 male and 9 female, elicited neutral and fear state by fable story and terrible story. This study resorted to adjective checklist to determine emotion self-report categories and their grades, and recorded physiological index. Results ( 1 ) With in the fear emotion elicited by audio material, several physiological indexes changes, including electric skin resistance ( ESR), respiration frequency ( FR), R-R interval, SDNN [ orderly are (2.754 ± 3.28) micro siemens, ( 19.52 ± 3.25) times/minute, (831.65 ± 99.12 ) ms ], (101.74 ± 24.81 )] compared with neutral emotion [ orderly are (2.66 ± 2.29 ) micro siemens, (20.84 ± 4.08 ) times/minute, ( 787.88 ± 95.91 ) ms; ( 111.75 ± 23.46 ) ], P 〈 0.01. (2) Low frequency(LF) and high frequency(HF) of both two emotional state was positive correlation (r = 0.792, r = 0.787) . And both the LF and HF of fear emotion was lower than neutral emotion, and the HF component decreased reach the significance level (P〈 0.05 ), which different from previous study. Conclusion There are several physiological indexes changed in fear emotion and different elicited method to arrive at different result;and cardiac autonomic outflow patterns of fear emotion of different people exist obvious difference. Co-inhibition pattern is the main pattern of fear emotion.
