摘要
新型轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁电机由两个外定子和一个内转子组成,定转子为双凸极结构,电枢绕组和永磁体均设置在定子上,转子由硅钢片径向叠压的齿嵌在非导磁环上,切向磁化的永磁体建立电机的轴向磁场。以一台10/12极样机为例,运用三维有限元法(FEM)分析了电机的空载磁场,给出了电机内的磁场分布。分析结果有助于该种电机的设计。
Presented a novel axial field flux-switching permanent magnet (AFFSPM) motor with dou- bly-salient structure. One rotor sandwiched between two outer stators, both armature and permanent magnet were placed in the stators. Rotor teeth built of silicon steel lamination in the ring which was made of nonferromagnetic material. Axial flux was provided by tangential magnetized permanent magnet. Based on three dimentional finite element method (FEM) , the no load magnetic field of a 12/10-pole 2kW AFFSPM motor was analyzed for exemplification, and then the distribution of magnetic field was obtained. The analysis results lay a foundation for the design of this prototype machine.
