摘要
机械式多梳栉经编机微机化控制将链块驱动梳栉运动改进为由步进电机驱动。通过对步进电机的性能分析及参数进行分析设计,计算出系统误差;设计了高低压驱动电路。试验结果说明,输出性能满足系统要求,有一定推广应用价值。
In order to change of the mechanism controlling longitudinal movements of guide bars to computer controlling movements in warp knitting machines, step motor replaced chains to drive guide bars. Based on require of the movements of guide bars, designed the step motor parameters to fulfill the move- ment of guide bats of warp knitting machines. The driver of the step motor need suit of motor. When step motor began to rotate, high voltage supplied to it, then the maintain voltage supplied to it. The test results show that the output characteristics meet the system demand, it has the good applicaticon value.
