摘要
随着我国经济市场化进程的加快,加入WTO后竞争的加剧和知识经济的到来,我国石油企业的人力资源管理如何尽快适应市场经济的变化,充分挖掘人力资源的潜力,发挥其作用,成为我们亟需研究和解决的重大课题。文章在分析当前人力资源管理发展趋势的基础上,探讨我国石油企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,进而对我国石油企业建立起既能融入世界经济,又符合中国国情和石油企业实际的人力资源管理模式提供对策建议。
As China's market-oriented economic acceleration, the intensifying competition of accession to the WTO and the advent of the knowledge-based economy, China's oil enterprise human resource management should adapt to the market economy as soon as possible, to fully tap the potential of human resources and to play their roles in human resource management process, this has become the major issues to resolve. This paper, base on the current trend of development of human resource management, discusses the problems in China's petroleum enterprises in human resources management and finds the ways for China's petroleum enterprises to set up resource management model which can make China's petroleum enterprises integrate into the world economy based on China's national conditions and oil enterprise's management practice.
