摘要
在公益视域中,公平正义的实质就在于给弱势群体以应有的伦理关怀,通过各种形式的援助,使他们过上合乎人类尊严的生活。解决弱势群体问题是实现社会主义公平正义最为重要的课题。各级政府必须始终以公平正义作为制定弱势群体扶助政策的理念基石,依靠公平正义的社会制度来改变我国弱势群体的不利处境,保障他们的基本权益。
In the visual threshold of public welfare, the crux of justice is to show loving care for the social vulnerable groups and help them to live an honor life. The problem of the social vulnerable groups is the best important problem demanding prompt solution in order to carry out the socialist fairness and justice. The government at different levels in china must take the fairness and justice as the cornerstone of making the policy about helping the social vulnerable groups, change their unfavorable situation, and guarantee their basic rights and interests.
