肥厚性硬膜炎的临床分析与护理 被引量：1

摘要 【目的】探讨肥厚性硬膜炎的临床特点及护理要点，提高本病的护理水平。【方法】分析15例肥厚性硬膜炎患者的临床资料，根据其临床特点，针对性地配合、实施好相关症状及腰穿、脑活检、使用激素后等治疗手段的护理。【结果】本组15例有头痛．8例有脑神经麻痹，1例有癫痫发作；15例影像学上有硬膜增厚的表现。治疗2个月后10例临床治愈，5例好转。【结论】肥厚性硬脑膜炎大多有头痛和脑神经麻痹的症状和体征，有明显病因者需病因治疗。护理上加强对症状的对症处理，对激素使用和有创检查后的患者，应严格监测生命体征，防治并发症。
