双热源煤新型气化机理研究

摘要 以煤和石英砂为原料,在自制双热源煤新型气化炉上实现了煤炭新型气化,测试了气化产物,从气化原料的高温结构相变和气化反应过程热力学分析出发,研究了煤新型气化机理。结果表明:双热源煤新型气化的产物除了富含CO的煤气外,还包括大量SiC副产品,其晶相以3C-SiC(77.99%)和6H-SiC(19.28%)为主,煤气中可燃气体浓度为86.9%~90.5%,产率5.0m3/h;气化炉内不同温区,煤气产生原理不同,0~1400℃温区,煤气主要来源于原料干燥和煤热解反应,1400~2600℃温区,煤气主要来源于多孔焦碳与SiO2(l),SiO2(g)及中间产物SiO(g)的电热还原反应,同时伴生副产品SiC;各气化反应阶段所产煤气总量为该时刻所有温区所产煤气总和。 A new coal gasification has been carried out with coal and quartz in our own double-thermalsource gasifier. The products of the new coal gasification were analyzed. Its principles were researched based on the analysis of high-temperature structural phase change of gasification matericals and thermodynamics in the course of gasification, which turned out that besides the gas rich in CO, the products included lots of by-product SiC, among which the proportion of 3C - SiC is 77.99%, 6H - SiC is 19. 28%, the concentration of the combustible gas is 86.9% -90.5%, gas flux is 5 m^3/h ; the principles of producing gas were different in different temperature zones in the gasifier, for example, gas in the temperature zone of 0 - 1 400 ℃ mainly came from the drying of the materials and the reaction of the coal pyrolysis, while gas in the temperature zone of 1 400 - 2 600 ℃ came from the electro-thermal deoxidized reaction between porous coke and SiO2(6), SiO2(g) or semis SiO(g). By-product SiC was produced, and the general flow of gas produced in different gasification phrases equaled to the total gas produced in both temperature zones during gasifying.
