新型无速度传感器式交流伺服系统及其在纠偏控制中的应用

A New AC Servo System without PG and Its Application in Deviation Control System

摘要 针对无速度传感器(PG)的永磁同步电动机伺服系统的控制问题,提出一种基于绕组反电势观测方法、利用主电路直流侧单电流传感器获取电动机三相定子电流的方法,以及用锁相环估算电机转速和转角方法的新型无PG式交流伺服系统,并介绍了以运动控制芯片IRMCF341为系统控制核心的实现技术,以及该交流伺服系统在带材纠偏系统中的应用技术。 Focused on the control problem in the AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) speed-sensorless servo system, a new sensorless PMSM system is designed. The new system observes the motor back EMF, measures the motor winding currents by a de link current sensor, and estimates the rotor velocity and position by PLL. Furthermore, a technical approach for this new servo system using motion control IC IRMCF341 is presented. The system has already being used in actual winding deviation system.
