摘要 渤海某些油田油层段为高孔高渗砂岩,钻井液大量漏失,并且对油层造成污染,研究开发了一种新型钻井液封堵剂FLD。实验结果表明,加入新型钻井液封堵剂FLD的PLUS/KCl钻井液体系,可以减小钻井液侵入深度,提高渗透率恢复值,具有良好的储层保护效果,能够满足微裂缝发育、高孔高渗等易产生漏失复杂地层钻井技术的要求。现场应用也取得了良好的效果。 A new blocking agent FLD for drilling fluid was developed to deal with the large leakage of drilling mud and reservoir pollution in high porosity and high permeability sandstone in Bohai oilfield. The results of experiments show that the PLUS/KCl drilling mud system added with new blocking agent FLD can decrease depth of invasion of drilling mud, raise permeability recovery, present well reservoir protecting effect, and meet the technical need of drilling in bad ground causing leakage easily, such as in microcrack growing, high porosity and high permeability formation. The blocking agent presented the well effect in its field application.
