摘要
目的:研究参麦注射液治疗冠心病的疗效及患者外周血中循环内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitors cells,EPCs)形态、数量的变化。方法:将80例冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予一般西药治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予参麦注射液治疗,分别在给药前、给药7、14d测定患者外周血EPCs水平。另选10名健康者测定其EPCs水平作为正常对照。结果:实验组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗7d后EPCs数量较治疗前明显增加,14d时有所下降,但仍高于对照组。结论:冠心病患者经参麦注射液治疗后可增加EPCs数量,其疗效高于一般西药治疗。
Objective: To research the effect of Shenmai Injection on coronary artery disease, and investigate the culture of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) from peripheral blood in patients with coronary artery disease before and after injecting Shenmai Injection. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group was given general western medicine, and on the basis of western medicine, the experimental group was given Shenmai Injection. The level of EPCs in peripheral blood was detected before administering drug, 7 and 14 days after administering drug respectivley. Then the level of EPCs in the other 10 healthy people was detected as control. Results: The obvious effect rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). The number of EPCs in experimental group was increased 7 days after injecting Shenmai Injection, and it reduced after 14 days, but the number was higher than control group. Conclusion: Injecting Shenmai Injection can increase EPCs in patients, and its effect is higher than the general western medicine.
