摘要
研究了面向MEDM应用的开放式数控系统,应用"IPC+UMAC运动控制器"的体系结构。在此基础上,研究了三轴运动系统、线电极磨削系统、工作液循环系统、视觉监测系统、微能脉冲电源与数控系统的集成方法和原理。基于PComm32动态链接库开发了具有通用数控系统人机界面风格的控制软件,实现了整个装置的综合集成。大量的工艺实验初步验证开发的MEDM装置具备了微细轴、孔以及复杂形状二维工件的加工能力。
Open architecture NC orienting MEDM application was studyed and the "IPC + UMAC motion controller" architcture was presented. And then, the integration method and principle, that the motion system, WEDG ( Wire Electro Discharge Grinding ) system, coolant system, visual supervising and measuring system, micro-energy pulse Generator with NC, were investged. Based on the PComm32, control software with general NC machine tool HMI style, was developed and whole machine tool was integrated sucessfully. At last, a lot of experiments were carried out, and the results demonstrated that the MEDM machine tool has the capabilities of manufacturing microelectrode, micro hole and complex 2D micro workpiece.
