摘要
建立电主轴模型,并对模型进行单元划分,运用ANSYS软件对电主轴中的主轴进行了动力学仿真,建立了三维模型,计算了主轴前四阶的固有频率、临界转速及进行谐响应分析,随后进行主轴动态试验。结果表明ANSYS仿真结果和动态试验结果相差不大,证明了该有限元仿真模型的正确性,可为高速电主轴的设计提供有益参考。
Set up model of motorized spindle, and carve up element of the model spindle, then spindle dynamics emulation with ANSYS software,set up three-dimensional model, calculate natural frequency of spindle before four rank, critical speed and harmonic response analysis, then dynamic experiment of spindle later, the result prove ,ANSYS emulational result is very resemble of dynamic experiment, and the model is accurate, it can take a profitable reference for spindle deviser.
