乳源性活性肽及其相关技术研究进展
摘要
乳蛋白在降解过程中,会产生一些具有生理活性的多肽。本文在回顾乳源性活性肽的功能和分类的基础上,重点讨论了它们的生产技术以及检测方法,并对生物活性肽的主要研究方向作了展望。
