摘要
针对不同气相条件对混合菌种以及纯菌种生长与产氢的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明N_2、O_2、Ar、H_2的高纯气相条件均能够促进菌体的生长,但对产氢有明显的抑制,表明高纯气创造出的厌氧环境不适于产氢。CO_2不仅对产氢有抑制作用,同时明显抑制菌体的生长。气相中大量的O_2对固氮酶以及氢酶的毒害导致无法产氢,而微量O_2的存在却能对产氢有促进作用,尤其是在Ar与微量O_2的混合气相条件下,产氢率达到最高的2.38mol/mol乙酸钠,且产氢延迟期最短。同时发现气相条件对混合菌种产氢较纯菌种Rh.Palustris Z02的影响小。
Batch tests were conducted to investigate the effect of gas phase on growth and hydrogen production of mixed cultures and pure culture. The results showed that pure gas phase of N2, O2, Ar and H2 can promote the growth of bacteria and inhibit hydrogen production. That indicated that the anaerobic environment created by pure gas sparging is not suitable for hydrogen production. CO2 not only inhibit hydrogen production but also repress the growth of cultures. A large amount of O2 in gas phase was toxic for nitrogenase and hydrogenase, which resulted in no hydrogen gas produced. However, a small quantity of O2 can promote hydrogen production. When Argon gas and a small quantity of O2 mixed together, the highest hydrogen yield of 2.38mol/mol acetate was achieved, and the lag phase was shortest. Furthermore, the effects of various gas phases on hydrogen oreduction of mixed cultures were fewer than that of oure culture.
