摘要
目的了解石门县不同地区食品从业人员中HBsAg携带情况及分布特点,进一步落实切断乙型肝炎经口传染途径的措施,制定农村卫生防制措施和加强农村食品生产、销售、公共场所卫生管理。方法查阅2007年全县不同地区食品从业人员体检HBsAg检测调查,分析全年5 466例体检结果。结果城镇与农村,与丘陵、山区食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为2.54%、2.13%、2.42%、1.51%。不同地区之间分布差异无统计学意义。结论每年对食品从业人员进行全面健康检查非常必要,同时要加强对乙型肝炎病人、HBsAg携带者的卫生管理。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of HBsAg carriers among food practitioners in dif- ferent regions of Shimen County, to further implement the cutting off measures in oral transmission of hepatitis B, to develop health prevention and control measures and to strengthen food production, marketing, and health management in rural public places. Methods The data of HBsAg testing results of food practitioners in different regions of Shimen County in 2007 were investigated, 5,466 physical examination results were analyzed Results HBsAg- positive rate of food practitioners was 2.54% in cities and tewns, 2.13% in rural areas, 2.42% in hill regions, and 1.51% in mountain areas respectively. No statistically significant difference was found in region distribution of HBsAg- positive rate. Conclusions It is necessary to conduct complete health examinations among food practitioners; meanwhile, the relevant health departments should enhance the health management for hepatitis B patients and HBsAg carriers.
