摘要
在不改变整个堆体中污泥和调理剂配比的情况下,研究了改变强制通风静态垛堆体的上、下层物料配比对城市污泥堆肥处理效果的影响。结果表明,在不改变整个堆体中污泥和调理剂配比的情况下,适当减少堆体下层的污泥比例并同时增加堆体上层的污泥比例,可明显改善堆肥的通风效果、促进堆体内部氧气的扩散、增加堆体的最低氧气浓度、加快堆体下层升温并带动堆体上层升温。当堆体上层的污泥和调理剂比例为1∶0.5(体积比)、下层的为0.5∶1(体积比)时,堆体的升温效果最为理想。在不改变整个堆体中污泥和调理剂配比的情况下,采用分层堆肥可明显提高堆肥的处理效果和处理速度。
The influence of changing the ratio of municipal sludge to bulking agent in the upper and lower layer of the pile on the treatment effect of municipal sludge composting was studied when the ratio of municipal sludge to bulking agent in the whole pile was not changed. The results show that under the above condition, reducing the lower layer sludge ratio and increasing the upper layer sludge ratio can improve the ventilation effect obviously, promote the diffusion of internal oxygen, increase the minimum oxygen concentration, speed up the lower layer temperature rise and drive the upper layer temperature rise. When the ratio of municipal sludge to bulking agent of upper layer is 1 : 0.5, and that of lower layer is 0.5 : 1, the temperature rise effect is desirable. The layered composting can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and speed when the ratio of municipal sludge to bulking agent of the whole pile is not changed.
