摘要
利用平衡记分卡法作为基本方法,通过文献分析与整理,运用德尔斐法结合层次分析法对医院科室绩效评估方法进行研究。医院可以通过调整绩效评估体系中的指标及其权重来实现降低成本、提高医疗质量、增强医院核心竞争力的目的,从而实现医院经济效益和社会效益双丰收。
Use of balanced scorecard as the basic method, through literature collation and analysis, to study on hospital clinical department performance evaluation using Delphi method and level of analysis. To improve hospital economic benefit and social benefit, the hospital will play a greater role in promoting the overall performance through adjusting evaluation indicators or weight, reducing medical cost, enhancing medical quality, promoting core competition.
