摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定药材中氯化两面针碱含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱为SymmetryshielyTM RP18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04mol·L-1醋酸钠溶液(用醋酸调节pH为6.5),检测波长为270nm。结果氯化两面针在0.25~5.0μg内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.49%。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于两面针药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of nitidine chloride in Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. METHODS The method contained a Symmetryshiely^TM RP18 (4.6 min×250 mm, 5 μm) as column, with acetonitrile-0.04 mol ·L^-1 NaAc (adjust pH to 6.5 with HAc) as mobile phase, UV detection wavelength at 270nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of nitidine chloride was linear between 0.25-5.0 μg.The average recovery was 99.6%, RSD=1.49%. CONCLUTION This method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC.
