摘要
根据机械产品创新设计对仿真分析的要求,对仿真流程建模与仿真分析执行过程中产生的各类数据和数据文档进行了特点分析与分类。基于协同仿真平台的功能框架,设计了关系数据库与内容仓库协同工作的数据管理系统,并构建了技术架构。通过Java内容仓库的树形模型结构实现机械系统的多层次存储关系,利用仓库节点及其属性存储仿真元数据和仿真数据文档,仿真流程数据的存储则由关系型数据库完成。最后,通过某天线传动锁定装置在平台环境中的实施,证明了面向复杂机械产品的协同仿真环境数据管理系统的有效性和实用性。
According to the characteristics and types of simulation data, a management method was presented. New database system was designed by combining relational database and content repository. And the content repository for simulation data was stablished and designed by using user defined node type. In the repository, simulation metadata was stored as node properties. Furthermore, simulation data files can be stored in node what made it easy to be uploaded or downloaded. And simulation flow data can be stored in relational database. An engineering application was used to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the data management system.
