摘要
目的观察利奈唑胺治疗高龄病人耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析利奈唑胺治疗21例(根据感染部位为25人次)MRSA感染的75岁以上高龄病人的临床疗效和不良反应。结果无效为0,显效4人次,痊愈20人次(80%),临床总有效率为96%。细菌清除率为84%。不良反应发生率为14.3%。结论利奈唑胺治疗高龄病人MRSA感染的临床疗效确切、安全性高。
Staphylococcus AIM Observing the effects and safety of linezolid for the treatment of methicillin resistant aureus （MRSA） infection in the aged. METHODS The clinical effects and adverse reactions of linezolid for the treatment of MRSA infection in 21 aged patients were retrospectively analyzed. It was 25 patients according to the sites of infection. RESULTS Twenty patients （80%） were cured, 4 patients were marked improved. The total clinical efficacy rate was 96%. The bacterial clearance rate was 84%. The adverse reaction rate was 14.3%. CONCLUSION Linezolid is effective and safe for the aged with MRSA infection.
