摘要
当前我国学校德育普遍存在着实效性低下的问题,这主要是由于长期以来我们恪守着一种"知识德育"的路径,用道德知识的传授代替真正意义上的道德教育,把德育过程等同于道德知识的认识过程。体验式学习强调学生在体验中,通过反思和实践去学习,是"做中学"与"思中学"的结合。在德育中引入体验式学习,有利于学校德育回归本真、培育学生的道德情感、提升道德反思力、升华道德境界。营造体验型的学校德育文化氛围、创设体验型道德情境、组织开展体验型道德实践、开发体验式德育教材等是体验式德育实施的有效路径。
Now our country's moral education in schools widespread inefficiencies, this was mainly due to a long period of time, we abide by the "moral knowledge" of the path, replaces the moral education in the true sense with the moral knowledge's instruction, equates the moral education process in the moral knowledge learning process. Emphasis on experiential learning experience for students, through reflection and practice to learn, is "learning by doing" and "secondary thinking" combined. The introduction of moral education in experiential learning, is advantageous in the school moral education return source, cultivates the student the moral emotion, upgrade to reflect on the moral, ethical realm of sublimation. Building experience school moral education culture atmosphere, to experience a type of moral situation, the organization carries on the experience morals practice, the development experience type moral education teaching material and so on is the experience type moral education implementation effective way.
