摘要
价值多元化、信息化、市场经济的冲击以及教育变革中教师角色的错位都在不同程度上造成了当代教师社会使命感的缺失。为此,应加强教师使命感的培养,在当下,教师的社会使命感更多的是体现教师对和谐社会的构建要有主动参与感;教师对学校要有归属感;对教育事业的追求要有教育工作者的立场感;对教师职业要有崇高的职业道德感;对学生要有强烈的责任感。
The value of diversity, information technology, market economy, the dislocation of teachers＇ roles in the education change caused the lack of the sense of community of contemporary teachers to varying degrees.For this reason,we should strengthen the training of teachers＇ mission.At present,the social sense of mission of teachers is reflected in the participation actively for building a harmonious society.Teachers should have a sense of belongings for schools;educators should have a standpoint to pursue the cause of education;should have high professional morality for the teaching profession;teachers should have a strong sense of responsibility for students.
